Shipping costs depend on your address and the shipping option you choose. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you place your order. Prices are in USD and don't include taxes or duties. Import fees depend on your country and are paid by you on delivery. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer.

Standard shipping usually takes 8–10 working days: 3–4 business days to prepare your order, then 5–6 business days in transit. Times can vary with location, weather and courier delays. You'll get a tracking ID by email within 24 hours of your order shipping. See our Shipping policy.

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. Custom products, including Custom Size orders, sale items and gift cards can't be returned. To start a return, email support@secondskincollections.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Duties and import taxes are not refundable. For a different size or style, return your item and place a new order. See our Refund policy.

Always follow the care label inside your jacket. As a general rule, hang it on a wide hanger, keep it away from direct heat and long periods of strong sunlight, and let it dry naturally at room temperature if it gets wet. Our leather guide covers the differences between real and faux leather.
